Return & Exchange Policy
You may return new, unworn, or unused products in their original box within fourteen (7) days from the date on which the goods were shipped or couriered to you. If the goods have been used, they will be returned to you, and no exchange will be offered. Exchanges do not apply for sale items or discounted items. Once the items are sold items can only be change to another item only and cash refunds are not entitled. thebrandhub.lk regrets its inability to accept merchandise returns due to any reason other than damage in transit or due to a defect in the product. Thebrandhub.lk does not allow any exchanges unless otherwise the order has been damaged while on delivery. You may exchange new, unworn, or unused products within seven (7) days from the date on which the goods were shipped or couriered to you.
