Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept exchanges only for damaged goods on regular price, unworn, unused goods purchased from thebrandhub.lk website for up to 7 days from the goods were shipped or couriered to you. Your return should be in good condition and in original packaging. Upon inspection your exchange will be completed. 

Shipping charges for any exchange item(s) being sent to us for exchange will be bared by thebrandhub.lk. Please include your original Purchase slip along with your exchange details in your return package as reference. 

Exchanges do not apply for sale items or discounted items

We do not accept exchanges after 7 days, exchanges after 7 days will be returned to the customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We only accept returns from our Ecommerce website. Product purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
