Return and Exchange Policy

Only product purchase directly from thebrandhub.lk allow to the exchange policy.

We will accept the exchange and return only for new , unused , unworn or damaged products on regular price within 7 days from the date on which goods were shipped to you.

You have 7 days from the courier date to exchange your thebrandhub.lk online purchase.

Your return should be in good condition and in original packaging. Upon inspection your exchange will be completed. 

1. Exchanges are only available for your item’s sizes. If a product has any defects/damages an exchange will be placed Free of Charge and in the case, a shoe cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new shoe of the same value or lessor value. Please include your original Purchase slip along with your exchange details in your return package as reference.
2. Other Online exchange can be arranged with an additional shipping charge.
3. Exchanges do not apply for sale items or discounted items
4. We do not accept exchanges after 7 days; exchanges after 7 days will be returned to the customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We only accept returns from our Ecommerce website. Product purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
